The join fee is a non-refundable, one-time entry fee that is charged to all new Y memberships or memberships that have lapsed more than 30 days.

1 ADULT HOUSEHOLD WITH YOUTH

One adult age 18-79 & youth 18 and under or a dependent full-time student under the age of 25 living in the same household. Student must provide full time status.

2 ADULT HOUSEHOLD

Two adults age 18-79 living in the same household. Add a third adult living in the same household for $16

2 ADULT HOUSEHOLD WITH YOUTH

The Y is For Everyone

The Y welcomes all who wish to participate and annually raise assistance funds through our Strong Families Campaign to help make this possible. Proceeds support the Kearney Family Y assistance fund. This program assists those who may not otherwise be able to afford the full fee for membership or programs. The Y uses a sliding scale and amount of dependents to determine the individual award. Please let us know if we may serve you or your family in this way.

A.W.A.Y. Program

Our A.W.A.Y. (Always Welcomed At the YMCA) Program allows you to visit other Ys around the country while you travel, just make sure to bring your Y membership card.

Nebraska Reciprocal Membership Plan

Nebraska Alliance of YMCAs

The Nebraska Alliance of YMCAs supports the Nebraska Reciprocity Membership Plan, which allows all members of Nebraska YMCAs to utilize other Nebraska YMCAs without charge.

The following will be true of the reciprocal membership plan:

• Members of Nebraska YMCAs may use ANY Nebraska YMCA as a guest at no cost and with unlimited usage. Visiting members must check in at each YMCA with a valid membership card, and using appropriate check-in procedures.

• Original memberships must be purchased at the member’s current place of residence. (College students currently enrolled will be considered residents of the community the college is located in.)

• Member rates for programs are for individuals purchasing memberships at the YMCA where the program is being held. Other YMCA members may enroll in other community programs at the non-member rate.
