We will be requiring that all individuals wear masks upon entry and exit. You will not be asked to wear a mask while working out.

If you need a little strength and tone in the mid-section, this class is for you! Increase your core strength and work your backside in BUTTS N’ GUTTS. This 45 minute class will have you feeling the burn in the core and glutes. Intensity and equipment varies, but be prepared to work your middle section.
