PRIME FITNESS CLASS
Combining cardio, strength, endurance and balance, this class will give you a fun workout each week as we change it up! Participants will be led by a certified Group Exercise Fitness instructor and will use handweights, exercise balls, and other small equipment. We will keep you guessing on the workout each week!

PRIME CHAIR YOGA
Joining a yoga class can be intimidating if you’re out of shape or have never practiced before. Starting a gentle practice as an older adult can be an excellent way to stay active and lower stress levels. Yoga is not only a safe exercise but also effective in keeping the mind and body in good health. From healthy bones to flexibility, our certified yoga instructors can help you get started!

TAI CHI
The “Movement Improvement” program uses specifically chosen, and sometimes modified, moves from standard Tai Chi and Qi Gong (energy development) exercises. These moves increase strength, flexibility, cardio-pulmonary function, balance and general health.

Prime Fitness Classes are included with membership. Individuals 80 years and older are eligible for a FREE Golden Membership.
