Small Group Training

Take your fitness to the next level through increased accountability and fun, working out at pre-scheduled times with a small group of 3–6 people. A trainer will help you and your friends with executing proper form and alignment while accessing your ability to progress through exercise options. Get results while building camaraderie with your fellow trainees with the guidance and support of your Trainer.

[All trainers are required to have certifications.]

Members of the Kearney Y can sit down with a Personal Trainer for a free consultation. This gives you the chance to meet them, ask yours questions, and see if they are a fit for you!
