- When logging in, the email address you have provided us with will be your username. If you are unable to sign in, give us a call.
- After three attempts, the password is cleared, the account locked, and then must be reset by Welcome Center staff.
- If you are needing to add anyone to your account, you must contact our Welcome Center. (Fees may apply to changes in memberships.)
- Member Only Programs: If you are looking for a Member’s Only program, you must sign in to your account first.
Our system provider is aware that there are complications with Safari and Firefox. For the time being please use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.
Mobile App Note:
Can’t seem to register for a program through the app? If you are registering for a program the day of, registration through the app closes. However registration through a web browser or with our Welcome Center staff should still be operational.
