Special Events: Music & Art

Music & Art Workshop

Music and Art are important and are some of the building blocks of child development. Music helps develop skills such as counting, patterning, and many gross motor activities. Art helps with motor skills, language development, decision making, visual learning and creativity. They are both strong motivators and means of self-expression. For some they are life changers and lifesavers.

Members: $10.00
Non-Members: $25.00
Slow-Poke Fee of $10 added March 8th.

In this class students will experience music in a new way, create visual and musical pieces and get in touch with how art and music make them feel.  They will learn basic art & music vocabulary and work on confidence with a group. Students will have hands on experiences that encourage creativity in both art and music.
