TRX Suspension Training was created as a team of undercover Navy SEALS needed a way to stay in peak condition while out on missions. They used parachute material, being very durable, and created an array of body weight exercises specifically designed for this unique training harness. They found that by changing your vector, base, and balance one could easily train specific muscles in a very different way. TRX HIIT will challenge your whole body, while working at high intensity intervals, challenging ourselves to try new vectors, stability, and intense moves! TRX Core will challenge you to use all muscles in your midsection while utilizing the leverage of the TRX against your own body weight. If you want to look, move and feel better then start by strengthening your center in TRX CORE! TRX Suspension Training will be offered as a Semi-Private Class at a variety of times with a variety of TRX Certified Instructors.
