Both Marsha and Beth are Certified in Asana (posture), Ashtanga (the eight limbs of Yoga), Vinyasa (the movements between Asana), Hatha Yoga (meditative) as well as well as the Eastern philosophy of Yoga, an ancient science of health for the physical body and balance for the mind and emotions. By combining these methods, our instructors will progressively take you through all Yoga techniques which will provide the foundation for the journey of one’s self-knowledge.
