CHALLENGE STARTS APRIL 4TH, 2021

Are you ready to Spring into the challenge?!

How it works: 

  • Register with the Welcome Center staff or online.
  • For each challenge completed, your name will be entered for grand prizes.
  • The more challenges you complete, the greater your chance of winning.
  • Submit your tracking sheet each week and we will track your progress.
  • New tracking sheets will be provided every Sunday/Monday.
  • Water & Nutrition Challenge: If you miss a day you can’t make it up!
  • Group Ex classes can count for more than one challenge!
  • Example: Bodypump counts as Lifting & Group Ex

NEW JOINING MEMBERS:
Join the Kearney Y and register for the challenge and your join-fee will be reduced down to $20.

CHALLENGE LIST:

Complete 7 out of 14 challenges to be eligible for the prizes!

Burpees: 300 total count (approximately 75 per week)

Planks: 1 hour total time (approximately 2 minutes per day)

Water: Drink 8 glasses of water per day for 20 days

Lifting: Lift weights for 20 hours by the end of the month

Meditate: Meditate for 30 minutes a day for 20 days

Running / Walking: 30 miles – treadmill or track (1 mile per day)

Cycling: 200 miles total (approximately 50 miles per week)

Nutrition: Eat 5 fruits and 5 vegetables per day for 20 days

Group Ex: Attend 20 of our group exercises classes by the end of the month

Screen Escape: Shut off all electronics and cell phones for 30 minutes per day for 20 days

Swimming: 4 miles – 1 mile per week (36 complete laps=1 lap)

Rowing: 10,000 total meters (approximately 2,500 meters per week)

Check-Ins: Check-in 20 days (Only one check-in per day)

Referrals ($): Refer 2 friends in the month of April

YOUR REFERRAL BONUS: You both get to save $25 of membership. They will save $25 off their join-fee and you will save $25 off your membership after they remain a member for 60 days.
