Water Exercise classes combine a light to moderate aerobic workout with exercises in the shallow and deep water to help increase endurance, core strength and flexibility. There is limited use of equipment.

This shallow to mid water workout includes the use of equipment…or none at all! We may use ergo bells, loops, & bands, noodles, kick-boards, & balls. We will workout to music to target fitness components of agility, balance, & coordination.

FloatFit is an aquatics based stability training program that trains your body in a whole new way. While exercising on an unstable board on top of the water you will not only improve your athletic ability, but will also improve all aspects of balance, coordination and joint stability.
