Water Fitness Classes

Water Exercise classes combine a light to moderate aerobic workout with exercises in the shallow and deep water to help increase endurance, core strength and flexibility. There is limited use of equipment.

Designed to help jump start metabolism and burn more calories quicker, this class will keep your entire body guessing what’s coming next! Interval training in both the Tabata methods, mixed and max intervals, we will incorporate all of your favorite aquatics equipment into movement to enhance both strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Water Potpourri

This shallow to mid-water workout includes the use of equipment…or none at all! We may use ergo bells, loops and bands, noodles, kickboards or balls. We workout to music to target fitness components of agility, balance, and coordination.

Aqua Fit Fridays

A low impact and high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water.

BOGA combines the many health benefits of yoga (balance, strength, flexibility & focus) with the fun spin of being on the water! BOGA provides a unique challenge to a physical activity routine along with a calming relaxation practice to complete each class. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
