Looking for the perfect space to host your next gathering or meeting? Look no further! We are thrilled to offer room rentals for our community kitchen and conference room. Whether it’s a cooking class, baby/bridal shower, a team meeting, family reunion, or a special event, our versatile spaces are here to accommodate your needs.

Simply complete a rental request form, and our team will promptly check dates for availability and reach out to confirm and collect payment.

Please allow 2-5 business days for your rental request to be reviewed. Your confirmation will be submitted to the email you provide during your registration process.

Completing the Room Rental Request will not require any payment. Payment will be collected at the time of booking.

Please note that room reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Notes: A room rental does not grant access to the full facility. Non Profits receive room rentals for FREE.

Community Kitchen / Meeting Room

Rental Fee: $40/hour- Active Kearney Y Member, $75/hour – Nonmember
Seating Size: 40 – 50
TVs: 4 connected via HDMI cables
Kitchen: Cooking utensils and tableware (Plates, Napkins, Silverware) are not provided

Conference Room

Rental Fee: $25/hour – Active Kearney Y Member, $55/hour – Nonmember
Seating Size: 10-15

NOTE: Should the rooms be damaged during the rental there will be a $100 fee added to the rental. (This includes Non Profits as well)
